7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened hygiene or personal-use items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or exchange where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return policy.
