- Damaged product(s)

8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to:

- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal
may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Refunds for returned packages may exclude original shipping costs.

- Customs inspections may delay shipments
- Customers are responsible for import duties and local taxes
We are not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
